For years, we've made the choice to be there for Québec City's night owls, every day of the week, until 4 a.m. Whether you're a student burnt out after a long study session, a night-shift worker, or simply someone looking for a good poutine after a night on the town, our doors are always open.

The nightlife in Québec City has something unique about it, and it takes a snack bar like ours to really understand it. After midnight, the streets quiet down but a different kind of energy emerges. It's the hour when the real city comes alive: taxi drivers, hospital workers on break, and groups of friends looking to stretch the evening a little longer. And where do they go? To Pierrot's, of course. Nothing beats a hot, generous poutine to cap off a night.

Open late — delivery included

Staying open until 4 a.m., with a night delivery service open until 3:30 a.m., means understanding that life doesn't stop once the sun goes down.
