This Wednesday, November 6th, we're reaching a new milestone at Casse-Croûte Pierrot in Limoilou. After months of focusing on our evening service and our famous poutines, we're proud to announce the long-awaited return of breakfast. That's right — breakfast is back, and with it, one more reason to start the day with a smile.
Why bring back breakfast?
Because demand has never stopped growing. Many of our loyal customers, as well as new faces discovering our warm corner of the city, have been asking us to bring back those morning moments where coffee, eggs and good cheer all come together. Breakfast at Pierrot isn't just a meal — it's an atmosphere, a place where everyone feels at home from that very first cup of coffee.
Our new hours
For breakfast, we've extended our opening hours to better match your appetite. We will now open every weekday at 7 a.m. and on weekends at 8 a.m. Breakfast service wraps up at 11 a.m. on weekdays and at 2 p.m. on weekends.
- Monday to Friday: open from 7 a.m. to 4 a.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: open from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m.
- Breakfast served until 11 a.m. on weekdays, until 2 p.m. on weekends.
Whether it's a breakfast after a lively night, a quick bite between appointments, or a late-night poutine craving, we'll be here for you.

This return to breakfast is also our chance to innovate. New recipes will join the classics, and our team is already hard at work preparing surprises that, we hope, will delight your taste buds.
