Casse-croûte Pierrot, founded in 1972 and renowned for its delicious pizza and classic poutine, has recently been taken over by a passionate young couple: Marie-Pier Paré and François-Julien Archambault. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, they promise to preserve the essence of the restaurant while modernising the offering — including the planned return of breakfast service by 2025.

Marie-Pier and François-Julien, having worked for major restaurant groups such as Restos Plaisirs, know what customers expect. "It's a dream come true to have our own restaurant, especially an institution like Pierrot," says Marie-Pier. They've planned everything to maintain the recipes that have made Casse-croûte a success, while expanding the options with fresh ideas.
