The profile we are after
Experience required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
Training
- No specific schooling required
- No specific professional training required
Language
- Fluent spoken and written French
- English is considered an asset

- Comfortable handling cash transactions
- Good physical condition (long hours on your feet)

Duties and responsibilities
- Take customer orders by phone and at the counter, and make sure the kitchen gets the right information
- Clean and restock the work stations (utensils, plates, ketchup and mayonnaise packets, etc.)
- Handle customer complaints (order mistakes, for example)
- Process refunds or credits and report them to the supervisor when needed
- Confirm the allotted delivery time with the delivery supervisor
- Always check with the kitchen for missing items
- Set up the work area and the dining room
- Greet customers and help them with their choices
- Bring dishes out of the kitchen and get them to the right customers
- Set up the trays according to each customer’s order
- Prepare and present the bills, and take payment
- Clear the tables as customers finish
- Make sure hygiene rules are followed
- Rotate the stock in the fridges
- Take orders at the ice cream counter and make them the way customers ask
- Clean the ice cream counter equipment and restock it after every shift
- Cash out, reset the system and split the tips as agreed among colleagues
