The profile we are after
Experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar job
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience, an asset
Training
- No specific schooling required
Language
- Fluent spoken and written French
- English is not required

Duties and responsibilities
- Wash the dishes, glasses and utensils within the required times
- Scrub the pots and pans
- Rotate the stock
- Clean the walk-in cooler and freezer shelves; restock them and wipe them down
- Put the orders away in the right place
- Keep the work areas clean (floor, equipment, gear, windows, etc.)
- Sweep and mop the restaurant, the kitchen and the washrooms
- Do the general cleaning of the service areas
- Take out the garbage and the recycling
- Clean the kitchen to MAPAQ standards
- Handle the restaurant opening and closing steps (mop the floors, take out the garbage and recycling, etc.)
